May 2009 - Making the electric cooperative voice heard in Washington
PPCS’ delegation–Director Jeff McCardle, President and CEO Larry Dokkestul and Mike Most, vice president of electric operations–were among
more than 3,000 co-op leaders from around the country to converge on Washington, D.C. for the National Rural Electric Cooperative Association Legislative Conference on May 4-6.

This year’s legislative agenda was again both active and ambitious, but grassroots lobbyists wasted no time
engaging our elected officials.
