Lighting Prescribed Incentives for Energy Efficient Equipment Customer Incentives for Energy Efficient Equipment and/or Efficiency Upgrades More Ways to Save Lighting Rebate Form (pdf) Rebates offered primarily benefit members who wish to improve efficiency of lighting systems. Prescribed Incentives for Energy Efficient Equipment Ag and C&I Rebate Form (PDF) Members that install certain types of energy saving equipment and/or incorporate energy efficiency measures in new or existing facilities may qualify for prescribed incentives.  Technologies installed in new and existing facilities are eligible for the following incentives: Agricultural Type Requirements Rebate Amount Dairy Plate Cooler/Well Water Pre-Cooler   $500 per unit Dairy Refrigeration Heat Recovery LM /electric water heater $300 per unit Variable Frequency Motor Drive (VFD)   $30 per HP, max. $500/drive Scroll Refrigeration Compressor   $30 per HP Low/Zero Energy Livestock Waterer <= 500 watts $50 per unit Agricultural Exhaust Fan 21 CFM /Watt* or > $1 per inch diameter Agricultural Circulation Fan 20 lbs. thrust/kW* or > $1 per inch diameter High Velocity Low Speed (HVLS) Fan Variable speed fan motor $1 per inch diameter * Fans must be AMCA or University of Illinois BESS Lab rated. Commercial & Industrial Type Requirements Rebate Amount Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) Motor   $30 per HP, max. $500/drive Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) for Compressed Air   $30 per HP, max. $500/drive Scroll Refrigeration Compressor   $30 per HP Exhaust Fan 21 CFM /Watt* or > $1 per inch diameter Circulation Fan 20 lbs. thrust/kW* or > $1 per inch diameter High Velocity Low Speed (HVLS) Fan Variable speed fan motor $1 per inch diameter * Fans must be AMCA or University of Illinois BESS Lab rated. Contact PPCS for information at 800-924-2133 or email info@piercepepin.com.   Top of Page Custom Incentives for Energy Efficient Equipment and/or Efficiency Upgrades Members that install certain types of energy saving equipment and/or incorporate energy efficiency measures may qualify for customized incentives. Technologies installed in new and existing facilities are eligible. Eligibility will be based on efficiency, operating characteristics and ability to reduce demand and energy consumption using an avoided cost calculation. Preapproval is required.   Incentives are capped at no more than 20 percent of the cost of the equipment, not to exceed $10,000 per consumer-member account per year.   The following list is not all inclusive. Any (electric) energy saving technologies will be considered.
