As part of
our "Commitment to Community", Pierce Pepin Cooperative Services (PPCS)
is working with our members to lower energy bills, increase energy
efficiency and conservation, and help our environment through Energy Sense.
Beginning July 1, 2007, through December 31,
2008, all members receiving electric service can take advantage of a
number of rebates and incentives through the Energy Sense programs.
Energy Sense, five different programs in all, are in addition to
PPCS's standing
rebates and incentives.
Program Funding
Energy Sense is funded through the energy efficiency/conservation
portion of the state mandated Commitment to Community program.
Terms and Conditions
General
Eligibility
This program provides rebates/incentives for the qualifying purchase
and installation of products and/or services for members receiving
electric service from PPCS. Products and services must be purchased
between July 1, 2007 and December 31, 2008. Applicants will be
accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Completed
rebate/incentive forms and required documentation must be received
by PPCS no later than January 10, 2009 (see rebate form on reverse
side for details). Rebate/incentive will not exceed the purchase
price.
Verification
PPCS reserves the right to verify sales receipts and/or the
installation of products and services before issuing
rebates/incentives. A random inspection may be conducted to verify
installations. All rebates/incentives will be issued in the form of
a credit to the member’s electric account.
Please allow four to six weeks to
process the rebate/incentive application.
Program Modification
PPCS does not guarantee that the energy conservation products
purchased and installed under this program offer will result in
energy and cost savings. PPCS reserves the right to deny or limit
any rebate/incentive. Rebates/incentives are limited to the
available funds and may be discontinued before the end of the
program period at the sole discretion of the cooperative.
