Residential Energy Audits
Electrical Consumption Audit. PPCS offers a FREE home energy audit. Our energy professionals will help you identify how energy is being consumed and will recommend ways for increasing efficiency. This audit includes the electrical consumption of electric water heaters, water pump circuits, household appliances and electric heating/cooling equipment.

Comprehensive Home Audit. PPCS offers an incentive to members who hire a Certified Home Performance Auditor to conduct a full energy evaluation with performance testing and recommendations for energy-saving home improvements based on the evaluation. The incentive is available only if improvements are made as recommended. The incentive is limited to the amount paid by the member for the energy audit and cannot exceed the cost of the measures implemented. Members are encouraged to utilize other Energy Sense incentives to offset additional costs.
