Go paperless! View and pay your energy bill online. It’s convenient, free and simple to use. Plus it helps conserve our natural resources. 

• First time users: provide your member number and meter number from your bill to set up a username and personal identification number (PIN)

• Pay by credit card or automatic withdrawal from your bank account

• Same PIN is used for both payment methods

• To stop receiving a paper bill, check the “STOP sending me a paper bill in the mail” option

Pay By Phone

For your convenience, PPCS accepts payment by phone through an automated phone system.  This option is free and available 24/7.

• Pay be credit card or automatic withdrawal from your bank account

Automatic Payment Plan

With our Automatic Payment Plan you can pay your monthly energy bill automatically from your checking or savings account.  With this free service, your payment will be automatically withdrawn from your checking or savings account on or about the 10^th of each month.  For additional information, read our Automatic Payment Plan FAQ’s.  To sign up for Automatic Payment, complete the on-line authorization form.

 
Night Depository

A night depository is available for your paying convenience 24/7. The depository is located on the northwest side of our office building at the intersection of Hwys.10 & 63 just west of Ellsworth, Wis.

PPCS accepts VISA^® and MasterCard^®. Automatic payment by credit card is available with proper authorization from the cardholder.

Levelized Budget Billing Program
This program is available to qualifying members and allows uniform monthly payments on energy account(s) for electric and/or metered propane. The budget amount is based on your average energy usage during the previous 12 months. You will receive a monthly statement showing your actual energy consumption and the amount due under the Levelized Budget Billing Program. The average budget amount may be adjusted at the end of each 12-month period depending upon the actual energy used. This service is free.

To qualify:

1. You must have had an active energy account for the previous 12-month period.
2. All account balances must be current.
3. No more than three (3) late payments over the previous 12-month period.
4. No NSF checks submitted over the previous 12-month period.
