Automatic Payment Plan

With our Automatic Payment Plan you can pay your monthly energy bill automatically from your checking or savings account.  Your payment will be automatically withdrawn from your checking or savings account on the 10^th of each month, or as soon thereafter as possible.  There is no additional charge for this service. Night Depository

A night depository is available for your paying convenience 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The depository is located on the northwest side of our office building at the junction of Hwys.10 & 63 just west of Ellsworth, WI.

Credit Card
PPCS accepts Visa and MasterCard in person or by telephone. Automatic payment by credit card is available with proper authorization from the cardholder.

Levelized Budget Billing Program
This program is available to qualifying members and allows uniform monthly payments on energy account(s) for electric and/or metered propane. The budget amount is based on your average energy usage during the previous 12 months. You will receive a monthly statement showing your actual energy consumption and the amount due under the Levelized Budget Billing Program. The average budget amount may be adjusted at the end of each 12-month period depending upon the actual energy used. There is no additional charge for this service.

To qualify:

1. You must have had an active energy account for the previous 12-month period;
2. All account balances must be current;
3. No more than three (3) late payments over the previous 12-month period;
4. No NSF checks submitted over the previous 12-month period.
