Larry
Dokkestul, President and CEO, holds a Bachelor of Science degree
in Ag Education from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls. Dokkestul joined
Pierce Pepin in March 2000, managing member services and the appliance
division.
He is also the Chief Operating Officer of Pierce Pepin Propane Services. He brought to Pierce Pepin 18 years of experience with farm supply cooperatives.

Brent
L. Metcalf, Vice President/Chief Financial Officer, is a 1983 graduate from
the University of Minnesota with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business. Metcalf
joined Pierce Pepin in April 2000 after 17 years as a Certified Public Accountant.
His experience includes 11 years of consulting and auditing for cooperative and municipal
utilities throughout the Midwest.
Metcalfs responsibilities include accounting, budgeting, forecasting, finance and
office administration. He has served on boards and as an officer of several
community service organizations.

Jeffrey
S. Olson, Vice President, Engineering, Member Services & Information Technology,
holds a Bachelor of Science degree in agricultural engineering
technology and a Master of Science in computer information systems.
Olson joined Pierce Pepin in 1990. He is responsible for Pierce Pepin’s 3-phase metering, Distribution
Automation system, and physical security. He serves as project
manager for many of the cooperative’s research and development
initiatives, such as the fuel cell and distributed generation projects.
He investigates power quality and stray voltage issues.
Olson serves on the Rural Energy
Management Committee, the Cooperative Research Network's Automation,
Telecommunications and Information Technology Task Force, and chairs the
Pierce County Information Services Committee.

Michael C. Most, Vice President, Electric Operations, did
undergraduate work at the University of Wisconsin-River Falls prior to
being hired by Pierce Pepin as an apprentice lineman in 1970. Most has
served the cooperative as a journeyman lineman and construction project
manager. He served for nine years on the Prescott School Board and is
also an active member of his church board.
