Tank
location: All tanks must be installed in
a location that can accommodate a tank trailer.
Tank must be a minimum of 10 feet from any building.
If possible, tank will be placed within 50 feet of
driveway. As a safety precaution, tank must be
placed so it is in view of the delivery truck when
filling the tank. For new installations, the
preferred tank location must be clearly marked before
tank delivery.
Meter
location: Meter will be located on the
house or on a post, if requested.
Additional meter fee:
If an additional meter is requested (i.e., on a
separate building or post) at the time of a tank
installation, a one-time meter fee (includes regulator) of
$69.00 will be charged.
NOTE:
Arrangements must be made for installer to have access to the
inside of the home to check all gas appliances during installation.

Includes propane tank,
installation, 1st and 2nd stage
regulators, one gas meter (if metered service), leak
check and inspection.

Use Fee
$75.00 fee applies to
propane service that does not use the minimum required
gallons associated with the propane tank in service.
Fee is based upon propane use from previous year (May
1 through April 30) and is invoiced in May.
